50% Deposit required at the time of booking, balance 30 days prior to arrival plus Refundable $500 Security Deposit Personal checks, Visa and Mastercard are happily accepted. |
| Cancellation Policy |
|
Cancellations more than 90 days prior to date of arrival, there is a fee of $100 and 100% of the deposit will be returned. For cancellations, 90 to 31 days prior to date of arrival, there is a fee of $200 and 70% of the deposit will be returned. There are NO REFUNDS for cancellations less than 30 days prior to date of arrival. |
