The Moorings neighborhood is one of the most sought after areas in Naples as it runs along the beach, has its own Private Moorings Beach while being in the heart of all that is on offer. The Moorings Private Beach is just a two minute drive (0.75 mi) to the south with private permit parking or a nice walk/bike ride. As the house lies west of Crayton and US 41 there will be no busy streets to cross. We have bicycles for our guests to use and permits for the private beach parking. The galleries and restaurants of 5th Avenue are 5 minute drive to the south while the Waterside Shops are a short drive to the north, we lie directly between the two.

It also has two sets of Plantation shuttered French Doors opening up onto the deck and pool.

The home has a large tropical backyard protected against insects by Buzz-Off Misting System and a kidney shaped heated pool with large deck is perfect for entertaining. The pool is an open air pool with a gas BBQ, deck chairs, umbrella and recliners. We have a safety fence that can be put up around the pool if you have small children and do not want to worry about the risks of the open water.

Two-car garage. We also have some seasonal items - Halloween/Christmas are covered from a 7.5 foot pre-lit tree, ornaments, wreaths and some Halloween decorations, goody bags.
